These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aquaticus platform provided by Aquaticus Tech, Inc. ("Aquaticus," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Aquaticus, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Aquaticus Does

Aquaticus is a platform for pool builders and watershape professionals that provides:

• Project and client management
• Watershape modeling tools
• Engineering calculations and material estimates
• Data export and reporting

2. Your Account

To use Aquaticus, you need an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your password secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account
• Be at least 18 years old

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Your Data

You own your data. The projects, client information, and calculations you create belong to you. We store them to provide the service, and we don't use them for anything else.

You're responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you enter
• Having rights to any client information you upload
• Keeping your own backups of important data

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Aquaticus to:

• Break the law
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Resell access to the platform

5. Professional Responsibility

Aquaticus is a tool to help you work more efficiently—it's not a replacement for professional expertise and judgment.

6. Intellectual Property

The Aquaticus platform, including our software, formulas, designs, and branding, belongs to us. You get a license to use the platform for your business, but you can't copy, modify, or redistribute it.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep Aquaticus available and working well, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally have maintenance windows or experience technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Aquaticus is provided "as is" without warranties
• We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months

We're a small team building useful tools. We stand behind our work, but we need reasonable liability limits to operate.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Termination

You can stop using Aquaticus anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, though you can request export of your data first.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
